Program Overview
Boss Suite Lite is a simplified version of the full Boss Suite experience designed to help participants gain confidence, education, and momentum in the online business space.
This is a starter-level program and community — not the full Boss Suite ecosystem. By purchasing, accessing, or promoting Boss Suite Lite, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. No loopholes. No confusion. No funny business.

Participants may upgrade to the full Boss Suite program at any time. Upgrade pricing, credits, and eligibility will be determined by Boss Suite at the time of upgrade and may be modified without notice.
Section 02
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout unless an approved payment plan is offered directly by Boss Suite.
Because Boss Suite Lite is a digital product with immediate access to proprietary content: all sales are final, no refunds will be issued, and no exchanges will be provided. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
If you are unsure whether Boss Suite Lite is right for you, please pause before purchasing. Once access is granted, there are no reversals.
Section 03
Affiliate Program
Boss Suite Lite includes optional single-tier affiliate participation only. Participation is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in loss of affiliate privileges, removal from the community, forfeited commissions, and permanent removal from the program.
Section 04
Affiliate Attribution & Sales Tracking
All commissions are automatically tracked through Boss Suite's official sales and affiliate tracking systems. A sale will only be credited to the affiliate whose unique affiliate link, approved funnel, checkout process, or tracking attribution is directly connected to the completed transaction at the time of purchase.
Boss Suite is not responsible for overwritten cookies, expired tracking windows, customer confusion, incorrect links, or purchases made through another affiliate's or company-owned funnel. Platform tracking records and checkout attribution logs are final. No manual commission transfers, overrides, or retroactive changes will be honored.
Section 05
Unauthorized Discounts & Pricing Policy
Boss Suite reserves the exclusive right to set, modify, and approve all pricing and promotions. Affiliates are not authorized to negotiate pricing on behalf of Boss Suite.
Affiliates may not:
- Alter pricing or advertise unauthorized discounts
- Create unofficial coupon codes or offer cashback incentives
- Promise refunds, rebates, or negotiate pricing independently
- Misrepresent official pricing in any way
Any affiliate found in violation may have commissions revoked and affiliate access terminated immediately.
Section 06
Customer & Funnel Interference
Affiliates may not interfere with another affiliate's sale, redirect customers away from official funnels, encourage customers to repurchase through different links, or manipulate attribution systems in any way.
Any attempt to interfere with commission attribution or sales tracking may result in immediate affiliate termination, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and permanent removal from the affiliate program.
Section 07
Intellectual Property
All content inside Boss Suite Lite — including training materials, templates, resources, branding, graphics, and systems — is the exclusive intellectual property of Boss Suite.
You may not:
- Share, copy, repurpose, or distribute any portion of the content
- Upload, reproduce, resell, or sublicense any Boss Suite material
- Publicly display any content without prior written authorization
Violations may result in immediate termination, loss of affiliate privileges, legal action, and financial damages where applicable.
Section 08
Limitation of Liability
Boss Suite Lite provides education, mentorship, and business strategies only. We do not guarantee income, sales, profits, business success, or specific financial outcomes.
Results vary based on many factors including effort, consistency, experience, implementation, audience, and market conditions. All business activity carries inherent risk.
Boss Suite and its owners, affiliates, team members, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for financial losses, business decisions, lost profits, technical issues, interrupted access, or individual outcomes resulting from participation. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
Section 09
Program Modifications
Boss Suite reserves the right to update content, modify pricing, revise affiliate structures, change bonuses, remove or add features, or update policies at any time without prior notice.
Purchasing Boss Suite Lite does not guarantee permanent access to current features, bonuses, or terms.
Section 10
Disputes & Chargeback Policy
Boss Suite maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud, abuse, unauthorized chargebacks, and payment disputes made in bad faith.
Any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute may lose immediate access to the program, be permanently removed from all associated communities, and become ineligible for future purchases or affiliate participation. No reinstatement or access restoration is guaranteed.
If a dispute arises involving affiliate activity, Boss Suite reserves the right to investigate the transaction, pause commissions, hold affiliates financially responsible where appropriate, and terminate affiliate participation.
All commission disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the transaction date. Platform tracking data, checkout records, and attribution logs serve as the final authority. All decisions are final.
Section 11
Termination
Boss Suite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a participant violates these Terms, engages in unethical or misleading promotion, distributes unauthorized content, manipulates commissions, participates in fraudulent activity, or damages the reputation of Boss Suite.
Termination decisions are final. No appeals are guaranteed.
